Creamed Spinach with Fried Egg

The perfect creamed spinach with fried egg recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 450 g Frozen spinach
  • 1 Onion
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • Freshly grated nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoon Cream
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 teaspoon Margarine for frying
  • 4 Potatoes
  1. Peel and quarter the potatoes and cook in salted water. Sweat the peeled and very finely diced onions in a little margarine. add the spinach and season with salt and pepper, slowly simmer until the spinach water has boiled away, now season with nutmeg and refine with cream.
