Ingredients
- 450 g Frozen spinach
- 1 Onion
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- 2 tbsp Cream
- 4 Eggs
- 2 tsp Margarine for frying
- 4 Potatoes
Instructions
- Peel and quarter the potatoes and cook in salted water. Sweat the peeled and very finely diced onions in a little margarine. add the spinach and season with salt and pepper, slowly simmer until the spinach water has boiled away, now season with nutmeg and refine with cream.
- Put the fried eggs in a cold pan and fry them slowly. Now serve with the potatoes. A good and quick meal for every day .................
