Wild garlic baguette

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 baguette(s), for baking
  • Butter, for spreading
  • 30 g wild garlic
  • some salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

ideal as a side dish when grilling

Cut the baguette lengthwise and spread butter on one side. Wash the wild garlic and cut it into strips. Then place it on the buttered half. Place the other half on top and wrap it in aluminum foil. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes. After about 10 minutes, open the aluminum foil to allow the baguette to crisp up. Sprinkle with salt before serving.
