- 500 g butter
- 400 g low-fat margarine
- 200 g wild garlic, fresh
- 2 tbsp vegetable stock powder
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp, leveled pepper

Stir the butter at room temperature until smooth. Finely chop the wild garlic. Mix everything with the remaining ingredients. I roll the butter into rolls and freeze them. This way, I always have fresh wild garlic butter on hand when needed. I like to serve it with grilled food or baked in pull-apart bread; it adds a subtle garlic flavor.
