Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 60 g butter
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Butter for the mold
  • 500 ml sour cream
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 egg(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 50 g wild garlic
  • 1 tbsp butter flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes

Knead flour, butter, milk, and a pinch of salt into a shortcrust pastry. Cover with foil and let it rest in a cool place for 30 minutes. Then roll out the dough and line a buttered, round baking dish with a diameter of approximately 30 cm. Whisk together the sour cream, egg yolks, and egg, season with salt and pepper. Mix in the chopped wild garlic and spread the mixture over the dough. Sprinkle with butter flakes and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes. Cut into pieces and serve hot.
