Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 250 g crème fraîche with herbs
- 100 g double cream cheese
- 150 g quark cream, 0.2%
- 2 bunches of wild garlic
- 2 garlic cloves
- Milk, possibly
- salt and pepper
- lemon(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Wash the wild garlic and spin dry. Roughly chop the wild garlic and garlic, combine with the remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl, and purée thoroughly. If the quark is too thick, you can achieve the desired consistency by adding a little milk. Season the quark with pepper, salt, and a little lemon juice. A delicious accompaniment to boiled potatoes, pasta, and grilled dishes.
