Wild Garlic Noodles
The perfect wild garlic noodles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 50 g Bacon slices
- 50 g Date tomatoes
- 50 g Wild garlic fresh
- 0,5 tsp Capers in a glass
- 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
- Salt and pepper
- 250 g Spaghetti
- Wash the wild garlic leaves, shake dry and cut into large pieces. Halve the tomatoes and finely puree them with the capers, wild garlic, sunflower oil, salt and pepper using a blender.
- Cut the bacon slices into thin strips and fry them in a pan without fat until crispy.
- Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water according to the instructions on the packet until firm to the bite. Drain the pasta and collect 2-3 tablespoons of pasta cooking water.
- Put the wild garlic mix in the pan and heat for 1-2 minutes. Add 2-3 tablespoons of pasta boiling water and stir. Season everything with salt and pepper. Add the noodles to the wild garlic sauce and mix well.
