Wild Garlic Noodles

The perfect wild garlic noodles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 50 g Bacon slices
  • 50 g Date tomatoes
  • 50 g Wild garlic fresh
  • 0,5 tsp Capers in a glass
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 250 g Spaghetti
  1. Wash the wild garlic leaves, shake dry and cut into large pieces. Halve the tomatoes and finely puree them with the capers, wild garlic, sunflower oil, salt and pepper using a blender.
  2. Cut the bacon slices into thin strips and fry them in a pan without fat until crispy.
  3. Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water according to the instructions on the packet until firm to the bite. Drain the pasta and collect 2-3 tablespoons of pasta cooking water.
  4. Put the wild garlic mix in the pan and heat for 1-2 minutes. Add 2-3 tablespoons of pasta boiling water and stir. Season everything with salt and pepper. Add the noodles to the wild garlic sauce and mix well.
