Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g wild garlic
- 100 ml olive oil
- 50 g cheese (Pecorino)
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds, roasted
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- 1 pinch of pepper, freshly ground
- 1 pinch of sea salt
Instructions

Wash the wild garlic, cut into strips, and dry with a salad spinner. Meanwhile, lightly toast the sesame seeds in a pan and grate the pecorino. In a tall bowl, blend the wild garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper with a hand blender. Finally, fold in the toasted sesame seeds and grated pecorino. Season to taste, then pour into jars and seal.
