Asparagus Pizza

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 serving of pizza dough for one baking sheet; homemade or store-bought
  • 500 g asparagus, cooked
  • 1 package of Hollandaise sauce, ready-made product, also light
  • 100 g cheese, grated (mozzarella)
  • 100 g ham (Serrano or Black Forest)
  • Parmesan, freshly sliced

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with ham, very simple

Preheat the oven to 225°C. Place the pizza dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread the hollandaise sauce on top and sprinkle with grated cheese. Distribute the asparagus evenly over the pizza. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes (depending on the thickness of the dough and the desired degree of browning). Remove the pizza and “tear” the ham over it. Sprinkle Parmesan shavings on top. If necessary, return it to the still-hot oven for another 2-5 minutes to warm everything up.
