Wild garlic pull-apart bread

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 150 ml water, lukewarm
  • 25 g olive oil or neutral
  • 125 g bacon cubes
  • 100 g wild garlic pesto

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Fry the bacon in a pan. Then mix it with the pesto and set it aside. Knead the flour, sugar, salt, yeast, water, and oil into a yeast dough. Cut off small pieces with a dough scraper (approx. 2 x 2 cm). Dip the dough pieces into the bacon and pesto mixture and place them in a loaf pan. Cover and let rise for 20-30 minutes. Preheat oven to 200°C (fan oven). Then bake the bread for approx. 35 minutes. After a short cooling time, you can turn it out of the pan.
