Wild garlic sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 40 g butter
  • 40 g flour
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • 5 tbsp cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 bunch wild garlic, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Place the butter in a saucepan and melt. Add the flour and stir continuously until well blended. Add the vegetable stock, stirring well until well dissolved. Bring to a boil briefly, stirring occasionally to prevent burning. Once boiling, add the cream, lemon juice, and wild garlic. Bring to a boil again until the desired consistency is reached. Season with salt and pepper.
