Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g bread roll(s), diced
  • 150 ml sour cream
  • 50 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 60 g leek
  • 50 g walnuts, chopped
  • 70 g wild garlic, fresh, chopped
  • oil
  • n. B. Thyme
  • n. B. Salt
  • e.g. chopped parsley
  • e.g. garlic, finely chopped
  • Butter for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Delicious main course, also suitable as a side dish

Mix the breadcrumbs thoroughly with the sour cream. Blanch and roughly chop the wild garlic leaves. Then cut them into fine strips and lightly sauté them in oil along with the nuts. Add the eggs, butter, and all remaining ingredients to the breadcrumb mixture and mix thoroughly. Add salt and spices to taste. Spread the mixture into a buttered baking dish, top with a few knobs of butter, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C – 200°C for about 30 minutes.
