Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g mushrooms
- 30 g wild garlic
- 120g spaghetti
- salt water
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 shallot(s)
- 20 g Parmesan, grated
- salt and pepper

great spring dish
Slice the mushrooms and cut the wild garlic into strips. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain. Heat the butter in a pan, chop the shallot, and sauté. Add the mushrooms, season with salt, and cook for about 4 minutes, stirring. Stir in the spaghetti, wild garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
