Wild Garlic Tomato Mozzarella

- 100 g Buffalo mozzarella
- 200 g Small tomatoes
- 7 Wild garlic leaves
- 1 Prune
- 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Mandarin juice
- Salt
- Colorful pepper from the mill
- 1 small Blue onion
- Wash the wild garlic, spin dry, remove the stalk and the vein and cut into large pieces. Slice the mozzarella and tomatoes, cut the onion into rings. Also cut the prunes into slices.
- Place the ingredients alternately on a plate and drizzle over the olive oil and mandarin juice. Season with salt and colored pepper.
