Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g mushrooms (wild mushrooms, frozen), mixed
- 200 ml cream
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp onion(s), chopped
- 200 g pasta (e.g. fusilli)
- salt water
- salt and pepper
- Parsley
- Soy sauce
- n. B. Cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
quick lunch for two
Heat the oil in a pan and brown the chopped onion. Add the wild mushroom mixture to the hot oil. After about 5 minutes, add the cream, reduce the heat, and simmer. Season with salt, pepper, parsley, and soy sauce. Meanwhile, cook the noodles in salted water until al dente. Serve the noodles with the mushroom and cream mixture on a plate and sprinkle with grated cheese.
