Wildberry yogurt smoothie in TM 31

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 banana(s), sliced, frozen
  • 200 g berries (wild berries), frozen
  • 100 g natural yogurt (3.5% fat)
  • 100 g orange juice
  • possibly honey or sugar
  • possibly instant oat flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Add the frozen banana slices, frozen wild berries, honey or sugar if desired, and natural yogurt to the blender and blend on speed 8 for 30 seconds. Add the orange juice and blend for another 20 seconds on speed 6. Pour into a large glass, pinch an orange slice around the rim, and serve with a straw. If the banana is ripe enough, you can omit the sweetener. If you want the smoothie to keep you full for a longer period, stir in one or two tablespoons of instant oats. A single serving without oats has less than 400 kcal.
