Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 oranges
  • 6 lemons
  • 6 bananas
  • 2 kg gelling sugar 1:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Peel and segment the oranges. Juice the lemons. Cut the bananas into small pieces. Bring the mixture to a boil in a sufficiently large saucepan with the preserving sugar according to the package instructions and simmer for about 4 minutes. Purée with a hand blender if desired. Pour into clean jars while still piping hot and seal.
