Winter oven-baked vegetables from the air fryer

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 potatoes
  • 3 carrots
  • 3 Jerusalem artichokes
  • 2 stalk(s) celery
  • ½ fennel bulb(s)
  • 3 tsp, heaped spice paste with ginger from my recipes, see database
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 150 g feta cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

for Durandal or Klarstein Vitair

This seasoning paste is what I’m talking about: http://www.chefkoch.de/rezepte/2919191444220898/Gruene-Wuerzpaste-mit-Ingwer.html Clean the vegetables and peel them if necessary, then cut them into bite-sized pieces. Mix with the oil and seasoning paste, add a little more seasoning if desired (the seasoning paste already contains enough flavor and salt), and place it on the tray of the air fryer. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, dice the feta. Then toss the vegetables, spread the feta over them, and bake for another 10 minutes. As a main course, it serves two people; as a side dish, for example, with steak, it serves four people.
