Brussels sprouts with a twist
Clean the Brussels sprouts, make a cross-shaped cut along the stalk, and sauté in salted water for about five minutes. Meanwhile, rinse the meat, pat dry, and finely chop. Marinate the meat in the dark soy sauce. Dice the onion and bell peppers, finely dice the garlic, and wash and finely chop the parsley. Heat oil in a wok, sear the meat on all sides, and remove from the wok. Then sauté the onion in the wok (adding a little more oil if necessary) until translucent, add the diced bell peppers, and sauté for a few minutes. Reduce the heat slightly, add the steamed Brussels sprouts, and simmer for another five minutes, then add the garlic. Finally, return the meat to the wok for another 3-4 minutes. Sprinkle with the finely chopped parsley and serve.
