Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g flour
  • 100 g butter
  • 60 g sugar, or powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Almond(s), whole

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

25 spooky cookies for Halloween

Knead all ingredients (except almonds) together. Wrap in foil and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour or in the freezer for 15 minutes. Then form the dough into 25 finger-length rolls. Press an almond into one end of each roll and make small cracks with a knife. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 15 minutes.
