Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g turkey schnitzel
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • Lemon pepper
  • 2 tbsp oil for frying
  • 400 g Asian vegetable mix, frozen (alternatively fresh vegetables of your choice)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 piece(s) ginger (small piece)
  • 250 ml broth
  • 125 g wok noodles
  • Teriyaki sauce
  • Wok seasoning

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

quick and tasty

Cut the meat into strips and marinate in soy sauce and lemon pepper. Heat a wok. Sear the meat vigorously in hot oil, then remove and keep warm. Sauté the vegetables with crushed garlic and crushed ginger. Pour in the broth and add the wok noodles. Sauté for about 5 minutes, stirring. Season everything with soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and the seasoning mix. Finally, add the meat and heat briefly again. Serve hot.
