Wolkenstürmer with Caramelized Apples

  • Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 4 Pc. Apples
  • 350 g Sugar
  • 175 g Flour
  • 210 g Butter
  • 500 ml Whipped cream
  • 2,5 tbsp Vanilla sugar
  • 375 g Yogurt
  • Cinnamon
  • Oatmeal
  1. For the crunchies, mix 135 g sugar, 175 g flour, 125 g oat flakes in a bowl and add 140 g cold butter. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Heat 75 g butter and fry four apples in the butter. Then add 210 g of sugar, 1 tablespoon of cinnamon and 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.
  3. For the cream-yogurt mixture, whip up 500 ml of whipped cream, add 2 tablespoons of vanilla sugar and then fold in the yogurt.
  4. Layer the apples and crunchies in a glass to serve. First fill in the apples, then the crunchies and then the cream and yogurt mixture. Repeat the layers as often as you like.
