World Champion Bun Ala Dieter

  • 400 g Wheat flour
  • 100 g Rye flour
  • 0,5 dice Yeast
  • 2 tsp Sea salt fine
  • 340 ml Lukewarm milk
  1. This is a recipe from a presenter on my favorite radio station RSH. Actually, it’s water. But water is there for me to wash and so I have successfully taken milk (lactose-free).

  3. Mix everything. Cover and put in the refrigerator overnight (it opens up crazy). The many pictures explain all the work steps.
  4. The next morning, form piles with a spoon (if possible, even piles), lightly flour the piles. Preheat the electric oven to 250 degrees.
  5. Now place the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for about 20 minutes (top / bottom heat), (middle of the oven) (every stove bakes differently) until crispy.
