World Champion Bun Ala Dieter

- 400 g Wheat flour
- 100 g Rye flour
- 0,5 dice Yeast
- 2 tsp Sea salt fine
- 340 ml Lukewarm milk

- Now place the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for about 20 minutes (top / bottom heat), (middle of the oven) (every stove bakes differently) until crispy.
