Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 package of pizza dough, rectangular (refrigerated or homemade)
  • 1 can of tomato sauce (approx. 400 g), or homemade
  • 1 jar chopped black olives
  • 1 red pepper(s), chopped
  • 1 can of corn (approx. 300 g)
  • 1 pack of grated cheese (e.g. mozzarella)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

vegetarian

Roll out the pizza dough and cut out circles using a small dessert ring. Place the circles on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. One package of pizza dough, for example from Lidl, makes about 12 small pizzas. Spread a tablespoon of tomato sauce and some grated cheese on each pizza dough. Then recreate the German flag on the pizzas using black olives, red bell peppers, and sweetcorn. You can, of course, create other patterns here if you like. Then bake for about 10-15 minutes on the middle rack of a preheated oven at 200°C (fan oven). It’s perfect for a quick snack during a football match or during halftime.
