Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 wraps
  • 1 can of tomatoes, approx. 400 g
  • 1 cup sour cream, approx. 200 g
  • 1 cup of cream cheese, approx. 200 g
  • e.g. paprika powder
  • chili powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 small jar of corn, approx. 330 g
  • 1 class jar of kidney beans. approx. 360 g
  • 150 g cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

vegetarian, for a casserole dish

Mix the sour cream with the cream cheese. Season with paprika, chili, salt, and pepper. Brush the wraps with this mixture. Fill with corn and kidney beans and roll up. Place the tomatoes in a baking dish and place the wraps inside. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes on the middle rack. Serve with a fresh salad.
