Ingredients
 

  • 2 Wraps 20 cm in diameter
  • 0,5 glass Sliced ​​mushrooms approx. 170 g
  • 0,5 Can Pineapple in pieces approx. 170 g
  • 0,5 Onion approx. 50 g
  • 2 Small tomatoes
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Italian herbs
  • 2 big pinches of salt
  • 1 tsp Mild curry powder
  • 4 tbsp Honey mustard salad sauce
  • 1 Small tomato for garnish
  • 4 Basil leaves

Instructions
 

  • Peel and quarter the onion and cut into wedges. Wash tomatoes and cut into wedges. Put the olive oil (2 tbsp) in a pan, first add / fry the onion wedges and then one after the other the mushroom slices, pineapple pieces, tomato wedges, eggs and Emmental cheese. Season with Italian herbs (1 tbsp), salt (2 big pinches) and mild curry powder (1 tsp), stir-fry until the cheese has melted and divide in two. Heat the wraps in the microwave (700 W) for about 30 seconds and cover each with half of the filling. Garnish with half a tomato and basil leaves and drizzle with honey mustard salad sauce (2 tablespoons each), serve.
