Wrap with ricotta, arugula and carrot

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 tortillas
  • 2 handfuls of arugula
  • 1 m.-sized carrot(s), peeled and grated
  • 6 tbsp ricotta
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of ground pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

light snack for a small hunger

Wash the arugula and spin dry. Peel the carrot and grate it finely or coarsely (depending on your taste). Place the tortilla on a baking sheet and place a handful of arugula in the center. Place half of the grated carrots on top of the arugula (about the same amount as the arugula). Using a tablespoon, top with three portions of ricotta and season with salt and pepper. Roll up the tortilla without the baking sheet and wrap it in the baking sheet at the end.
