Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 1 bunch of chives
- 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 200 g double cream cheese
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp herbs (frozen garden herbs or fresh)
- 5 slice(s) bread(s) (wholemeal bread), large
- salt and pepper

Sandwiches always taste good
Thinly slice the spring onions. Set aside 1 sliced onion for garnishing. Finely chop the remaining spring onions. Finely chop the chives and set aside a spoonful of chives. Mix the quark with the cream cheese and crème fraîche until creamy. Stir in the spring onions, chives, and herbs and season with salt and pepper. Halve the bread slices and spread with the spread. Garnish the sandwiches with the reserved spring onions and chives.
