Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breast fillets
  • 1 Red peppers
  • 1 Tomato
  • Mediterranean herbs
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 50 g Grated Gouda
  • 1 tbsp Clarified butter
  • Salt
  • Ground white pepper
  • Hearty potatoes from the country
  • Lemon

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Wash the meat and pat dry. Remove the peppers and tomatoes from the skin with a potato peeler or use the method with hot water and a hot oven pipe (is too time-consuming for me). Then cut the peppers into small strips. Core and dice the tomato.
  • Peel the garlic and squeeze it into a bowl. Mix with the paprika strips, diced tomatoes, herbs and cheese, season with salt and pepper. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper and fry vigorously in the hot clarified butter.
  • Now place in an ovenproof dish (I use an ovenproof pan for frying) and cover with the vegetable and cheese mixture. Baked in a hot oven for about 20 minutes. Always make sure that it doesn't get too dark. We had hearty potatoes from the country with it (see my KB), but also goes well with a baguette.
