Fried Crackers with Crème Fraîche Vegetables

  • 250 ml Water
  • 1 kg Frozen summer vegetables
  • 1 Bouillon cube
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 cups Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 4 Cracked sausages


  • Put the water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the vegetables, season with the stock cube, salt, pepper and simmer for 10 minutes with the lid on. Finally stir in the crème fraîche. Peel the crispy sausages, cut in half and fry in a little fat on both sides. Serve the vegetables with a cracker.
