Wraps with Fried Chicken Breast in Honey-mustard Sauce
The perfect wraps with fried chicken breast in honey-mustard sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Chicken breast fillets
- 4 Pc. Tortillas
- 1 Pc. Iceberg lettuce
- 1 Pc. Cucumber
- 1 Pc. Tomato
- 1 cups Tomatoes dried in oil
- 200 g Cream cheese
- 500 g Yogurt (soy)
- Oregano
- Salt and pepper
- Garlic
- Mustard hot
- Flowerhoney
- Mixed salad
- Chop the chicken breast fillets and fry them in a hot pan. Add the garlic clove so that some of the aroma fills the meat. Season with oregano, salt and pepper.
- Cut the vegetables into small pieces. Spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese per wrap. A little pepper to season. Then fill with lettuce, chicken breast, cucumber, tomato and sundried tomato pieces. Roll the wrap and wrap it in cling film. Refrigerate. (Otherwise the wraps cannot be cut)
- For the sauce, the yoghurt, mix with a little honey and mustard until the desired taste is achieved. Tends to be mostly yoghurt, a lot of mustard and then a little honey to sweeten it. Cut the wraps, arrange them on the plate and spread some sauce over them. Arrange fresh market salads on the edge of the plate and garnish with honey and mustard sauce.
