Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 400 g chicken breast
- 3 m.-large carrot(s)
- 120 g hummus
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 6 tortillas
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Rinse the meat, pat dry, season, and cut into thin strips. Peel the carrots and grate them with a vegetable peeler. Then brown the meat and season. Meanwhile, wash and chop the parsley. Once everything is prepared, moisten the tortillas slightly and warm them in a pan. Spread them with hummus, garnish with the meat and vegetables, and roll them up.
