Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 12 wraps
- oil
- 1 kg minced meat, mixed
- 300 ml water
- 1 pack of Knorr Naturally Delicious Chili con Carne (seasoning base)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can of corn
- 1 iceberg lettuce
- 2 bell peppers, red and yellow

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
with spice base
First, fry the minced meat in a pan with a little oil. Once it’s well cooked, add the 300 ml of water and stir in the seasoning. Continue to braise the minced meat until there is very little, or if possible, no liquid left. Then remove the pan from the heat. While the meat is braising, prepare the vegetables. Chop the iceberg lettuce, wash and chop the peppers, and remove the canned corn. You can put each ingredient in its own bowl, or if everyone at the table likes everything and wants to eat it, simply mix everything together in a large bowl; this saves time when adding the toppings. The wraps can now be heated briefly, but they don’t have to be. The easiest way to do this is to place them on a large plate and microwave them for about 30 seconds at 700 watts. All of the prepared ingredients, including the sour cream, can now be brought to the table. There, everyone can fill their own wrap. First, the wrap is spread with a little sour cream, then topped with minced meat and vegetables, depending on your taste, and folded over. The filling can be varied greatly. For example, you can also use kidney beans, tomatoes, or cheese.
