Wrizz

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 4 tbsp tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 pack of mini mozzarella
  • 2 slices of ham (farmer’s ham)
  • salt and pepper
  • rosemary

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

light alternative to pizza

Spread two tablespoons of passata on each tortilla (it’s better to use less than more). Then, shred the mozzarella balls and one (or two) slices of farmhouse ham and distribute them evenly on the tortillas. Finally, season with salt, pepper, and rosemary as desired. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 10 minutes. When the edges turn brown, the “Wrizzen” are done. Note: They will be nice and crispy on the outside and, depending on the amount of tomato sauce used, rather soft, so using cutlery is recommended.
