Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g pasta, cooked
  • 1 small yellow pepper
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 200 g meatball(s) (meat rolls)
  • 2 slices of breakfast bacon
  • 2 tsp gravy (instant powder)
  • some salt and pepper
  • some Vegeta
  • some paprika powder
  • some chili
  • some clarified butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Because it has to go pan, using up leftovers.

Clean the peppers and cut into strips. Finely chop the bacon. Dice the ham and meatballs. Heat the clarified butter in a pan and fry the bacon. Add the peppers, meatballs, and ham and sauté. Add the pasta and heat. Sprinkle the sauce powder over the sauce, top up with about 400 ml of water, and bring the sauce to a boil. Season to taste with the spices. Thicken with a little sauce thickener if desired. Since this dish is about using up leftovers, the sky’s the limit. It all depends on what needs to be used up. Have fun experimenting.
