Kumhluzi:
- 400 g Umhluzi wokupheka, ukusuka kwiibhola ze-shrimp
Ukuba ayifumaneki:
- 400 g amanzi
- 6 g Umhluzi wenkukhu, i-Kraft bouillon
- 3 tbsp Isosi yeentlanzi, ukukhanya
- 2 tbsp I-Rice Wine, (Arak Masak)
- 3 tbsp Ioli yelanga
Ngediphozithi:
- 60 g Iinoodle zeglasi, zomile
- 1 Iipepile ezishushu, ezibomvu, ezinde, ezishushu phakathi
- 12 Iibhola zeeprawn zaseThai
Ukuhombisa:
- 1 tsp Amagqabi amatsha eseleri

- Gxuma ii-noodle zeglasi emanzini amaninzi afudumeleyo. Nciphisa ipasta ethambileyo ngesikere kunye noxinzelelo. Geza i-pepper, susa isiqu, usike i-diagonally ibe ngamaqhekeza malunga. 6 mm ububanzi kwaye ushiye iinkozo njengoko zinjalo. Geza i-celery entsha, vuthulula kwaye ukhabe kwaye unqumle amagqabi angenasiphako. Gweba i-teaspoon kwaye usebenzise ngokukhawuleza. Umkhenkce amagqabi aseleyo.
