- Bilisa amaqanda de athambe. Geza kwaye uhlambulule i-radishes kunye nekhukhamba. Sika ube ngamaqhekeza amancinci. Sika i-beetroot ibe ngamaqhekeza. Coca, hlambulula, khupha kwaye ukrazule i-lettuce.
