Yaki Udon with Turkey

  • 60 g Udon noodles or spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Mirin (sweet rice wine)
  • 1 tsp Sake
  1. Cut turkey breast into bite-sized pieces. Prepare the marinade and place the meat in it. Cook pasta aldente. Then remove the meat and fry until crispy. Add the pasta, pour the remaining marinade over it and let it simmer. Good Appetite.
