Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ cucumber(s), sliced
  • 2 tomatoes
  • ¼ red cabbage, in fine strips
  • 1 large onion(s), red, finely sliced
  • 5 lettuce leaves, cut into strips
  • 500g French fries
  • 250 g meat substitute (doner meat), vegan
  • 150 ml sauce (doner kebab sauce), vegan
  • 1 tsp salt (chip salt)
  • vegetable oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Halve the cucumber lengthwise and slice. Prepare the remaining vegetables according to the ingredients list. Cook the fries according to the package instructions in the oven or, better yet, in the deep fryer. Season with fries salt. Heat the vegetable oil in a non-stick pan and fry the onion and vegan doner meat. In the meantime, arrange the vegetables on plates, add the vegan doner meat and fries, and serve with the doner sauce.
