Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cube of yeast
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 kg flour
- 2 ½ tsp salt
- 500 ml milk
- 140 g butter
- 2 eggs

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Mix sugar, flour, and salt. Heat the milk, melt the butter, and add it to the flour. Dissolve the yeast with 1.5 teaspoons of sugar. Mix 1 egg with the yeast and add it to the flour. Knead the dough. Let it rise for 1 hour. Take approximately 80g of dough each. Divide it in half and form small braids. Beat 1 egg and brush it over the braids. Preheat the oven! Place the braids on a baking sheet. Bake for 17 minutes at 200°C.
