Yellow Rice with Radishes and Peas

Ingredients
 

  • 150 g Basmati rice
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 150 g Radish
  • 100 g Peas (can / alternatively frozen)
  • 10 tbsp Sieved tomatoes
  • 2 Stalk Parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Bring basmati rice (150 g) in 350 ml water with turmeric (1 teaspoon) to the boil while stirring, cover and cook on the lowest setting for about 20 minutes and then tear through with a fork. In the meantime, clean, wash and dice the radishes. Fold the radish cubes with the peas into the hot rice. Let it steep for a few minutes. Press into a mold, turn out onto 2 plates and garnish with parsley and sprinkled tomatoes, serve.
