Crab Salad with Rice and Peas

- 500 g Rice
- 2 Pt Green frozen peas
- 900 g Deep sea crabs
- 4 Fl Sweat and Sour Sauce (Asian)
- 4 Bd Dill
- 4 tbsp Lemon juice
- Salt, pepper from the mill
- Put the rice in boiling salted water and cover and let soak for 20 minutes over a mild heat.
- Blanch the peas in boiling salted water for two minutes, then rinse in cold water.
- Clean and wash the spring onions and cut diagonally into strips.
- Drain the rice and let it cool down. Then mix with peas, crabs, spring onions and sauce in a bowl.
- Pluck the dill from the stalks, finely chop and mix with the salad. Season everything with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Cover and let steep for 20 minutes.
