Crab Salad with Rice and Peas

The perfect crab salad with rice and peas recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Rice
  • 2 Pt Green frozen peas
  • 900 g Deep sea crabs
  • 4 Fl Sweat and Sour Sauce (Asian)
  • 4 Bd Dill
  • 4 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Salt, pepper from the mill
  1. Put the rice in boiling salted water and cover and let soak for 20 minutes over a mild heat.
  2. Blanch the peas in boiling salted water for two minutes, then rinse in cold water.
  3. Clean and wash the spring onions and cut diagonally into strips.
  4. Drain the rice and let it cool down. Then mix with peas, crabs, spring onions and sauce in a bowl.
  5. Pluck the dill from the stalks, finely chop and mix with the salad. Season everything with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Cover and let steep for 20 minutes.
