Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pot of 250 g yogurt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup oil
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 ¾ cups flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 3 apples
  • Almond flakes for sprinkling
  • Granulated sugar for sprinkling
  • Fat and flour for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Use the empty yogurt container to measure. Peel, core, and slice the apples. Briefly mix the ingredients with a whisk and pour into a greased and floured baking dish. Top with apple slices and sprinkle with almond flakes and sugar. Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 1 hour.
