Yogurt-banana shake

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 small bananas
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 300 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp vanilla ice cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

For 2 glasses, milk and vanilla ice cream is also included

Peel the bananas and chop them into large pieces. Place them in a blender with the milk, yogurt, lemon juice, and sugar, or blend them very finely with an immersion blender in a tall bowl. Add the honey and vanilla ice cream, blend again, and pour into two glasses. Garnish as desired and serve immediately.
