Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 1 can peach(s), drained weight 250 g
- 250 ml passion fruit juice
- 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 300 g whipped cream
- 500 g yogurt
- 2 sachets of gelatine fix
- 100 g sugar
- 4 tbsp lemon juice

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 40 minutes
It looks best served in small jars. You will need 12 jars (160 ml each). Passion fruit pudding: Drain the peaches in a sieve and collect the juice. Dice the peaches. Fill the pudding with the peach juice and passion fruit nectar to 400 ml. Prepare the pudding according to the package instructions, but with the juice mixture and sugar. Fold in the peach cubes and divide the hot pudding between the glasses and let cool. Yogurt mousse: Whip the cream until stiff. Mix the yogurt with the gelatine using a whisk according to the package instructions. Stir in the sugar and lemon juice. As soon as the yogurt begins to set, fold in the whipped cream. Divide the mixture between the glasses. Close the jars with the lids and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
