  • 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • n. B. herbs
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill

Instructions

Whisk all ingredients together to form a smooth sauce and season with herbs, pepper and salt.
