Yogurt-quark cream with strawberries

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 250 g yogurt with 1.8% fat
  • 200 g cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 400 g strawberries, fresh, alternatively frozen raspberries
  • some chocolate shavings
  • 4 tsp, heaped sugar

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

super-quick dessert

Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar in a bowl until stiff peaks form. In another bowl, add the yogurt, sugar, and quark and mix briefly with a mixer. Add the cream to the yogurt and quark mixture and fold in. Season again with sugar, if desired. Quarter the strawberries and stir them into the cream. Divide between small bowls. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings and refrigerate until ready to serve.
