Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 300 g strawberries or raspberries or
- 2 bananas
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ liter of milk
- 250 g yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey or sugar
- possibly desiccated coconut or chopped nuts
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Pick-me-up – my kids love it
Mash the fruit with a fork or puree it in a blender. Then add the lemon juice, milk, yogurt, and honey or sugar. Whisk everything together to form a yogurt mixture. Tip: You can also add 1 tablespoon of coconut flakes or chopped nuts.
