Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 450 g natural yogurt or Greek yogurt
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • some raspberries
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes

Frozen yogurt

Whip the cream and mix with the yogurt and sugar. Puree the raspberries. Ladle the yogurt and cream mixture into small bowls and top each with a little raspberry puree. Place in the freezer for about 1.5 hours. You can also use strawberries or kiwis, of course. For something a little more elegant, pour the yogurt mixture into a champagne glass. Perfect as a starter in a meal.
