Yoke Berry Juice

The perfect yoke berry juice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kg Yokeberries
  • 250 g Sugar
  • Lemon juice
  • Water
  1. Wash the gooseberries and put them in a saucepan. Add a little water, sugar and lemon juice. Now boil slowly for about 1 hour. Then pour off the juice and squeeze out the berries. If you like, you can dilute the juice with water.
