Yucatan Prawn Cocktail

- 200 g Crayfish
- 200 g Crabs
- 250 ml Sangrita
- Gypsy barbecue sauce
- 5 Pc. Limes
- 2 Pc. Avocados
- 3 Pc. Shallots
- Salsa sauce
- Chipotle sauce
- 1 bunch Coriander
- Jalapeño juice
- 1 Splash Maggi
- 1 Splash Worcester sauce
- 1 Splash Liquid smoke
- 30 Pc. Cracker
- Chop the shallots. Cut the avocados into small cubes.
- Mix everything with the rest in a bowl. Let it steep in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
- Fill into small cocktail glasses and decorate with lime and coriander.
