Yucatan Prawn Cocktail

The perfect yucatan prawn cocktail recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Crayfish
  • 200 g Crabs
  • 250 ml Sangrita
  • Gypsy barbecue sauce
  • 5 Pc. Limes
  • 2 Pc. Avocados
  • 3 Pc. Shallots
  • Salsa sauce
  • Chipotle sauce
  • 1 bunch Coriander
  • Jalapeño juice
  • 1 Splash Maggi
  • 1 Splash Worcester sauce
  • 1 Splash Liquid smoke
  • 30 Pc. Cracker
  1. Chop the shallots. Cut the avocados into small cubes.
  2. Mix everything with the rest in a bowl. Let it steep in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
  3. Fill into small cocktail glasses and decorate with lime and coriander.
